Under KRS 74.450, the Priceville Volunteer Fire Department, INC. Collects fire dues when subscribers pay their property taxes each year. Fire Dues for the Priceville Volunteer Fire Department are $35.00 annually. Below you will find the "Priceville Volunteer Fire Department, INC. Opt Out Form" and the "Priceville Volunteer Fire Department, INC. Fee Schedule." Any person wishing to opt out of their fire dues will be required to complete the forms prior to being reimbursed. Dates for meeting with Chief Rountree and other fire department representatives will be posted each year at the Hart County Sheriff's office, posted on social media (Facebook), and will be placed in the newspaper article. Person(s) wishing to opt out should contact the Priceville Volunteer Fire Department, INC. via email or telephone.
